Kick-off for the popular summer reading in Cottbus!

On July 9, 2026, the official opening of the Brandenburg Summer Reading will take place at the Cottbus City and Regional Library. This event is aimed at children and adolescents of school age who can participate in the Summer Reading Club.

The opening will be accompanied by a comprehensive reading program that lasts for six weeks of summer vacation. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of books and receive fantastic prizes and incentives.
