I was there today (04/22/2024) at 12:45. There were two old women in service, they don’t know how to behave with people. For every question, they had one answer: "I don’t know." I asked where the lost and found office is. They replied with the same answer: "I don’t know."

Staff is comedically slow and inefficient, always a long queue in the afternoon. Security is friendly.

Today is a huge shout-out!!! I had a big problem and Ms. Kriegel first calmed me down and then helped me solve this problem with an extremely friendly, competent, and helpful manner. I want to thank her once again and give her a compliment. Even though Cottbus is not my "home branch", I have already received very warm and professional help here for the second time. Unfortunately, this is not always and everywhere practiced - based on my own experience with my home bank. Ms. Kriegel.....you are amazing!!!
